End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and NeoTiler Inc.
1. Scope of License
NeoTiler grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on any Apple-branded products that you own or control. This license covers both personal and internal business use, ensuring you can stay productive wherever you work.
2. Proprietary Rights & Restrictions
NeoTiler retains all ownership, intellectual property rights, and titles to the Software. You expressly agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
- Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
3. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that NeoTiler may collect and use technical data (such as device information and app usage statistics) in an anonymous form to improve the product and facilitate software updates. Your personal data will never be sold or shared.
4. No Warranty
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NEOTILER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL FUTURE MACOS VERSIONS.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEOTILER INC. BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA). IN NO EVENT SHALL NEOTILER’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated by you or NeoTiler. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
