Q: How do I snap a window?

A: Simply drag any window to the edge or corner of your screen. You will see a blue preview box. Release the mouse to snap it!

Q: Can I exclude specific apps?

A: Yes! Go to Preferences > Ignore List and add any app you want NeoTiler to ignore.

Q: How do I save my current workspace?

A: Open the NeoTiler menu from the menu bar and select "Save Current Layout". You can restore it anytime later.

Q: Is NeoTiler optimized for Apple Silicon?

A: Yes, NeoTiler is a Universal app fully optimized for both Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) and Intel Macs.

Troubleshooting

Issue: The app is running but windows aren't snapping.

Solution: Please ensure NeoTiler has "Accessibility Permissions".

  1. Open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility.
  2. Find NeoTiler in the list and make sure the toggle is ON.
  3. If it's already ON, try turning it OFF and ON again.
