By downloading, installing, or using NeoTiler ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License Grant
NeoTiler grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms.
2. Restrictions (Anti-Piracy & Reverse Engineering)
You agree NOT to, and you will not permit others to:
- Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Software.
- Modify: Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the Software.
- Redistribute: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software or access to any portion of the Software.
- Circumvent Security: Attempt to bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management or security measures protecting the Software.
- Copy: Copy the Software, except as expressly permitted by this license.
Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your license.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is the exclusive property of NeoTiler Inc.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
